Our primary goal is serving you, so you can live presently throughout your engagement. Along with concept design, wedding floral design and styling, we also offer signage and rentals such as furniture and table top elements.

 

  • Our design aesthetic is modern and luxurious in its details, with a special focus on designs that evoke joy and a sense of occasion. We specialize in transforming spaces to reflect your personalities, sense of style and theme of your wedding, while drawing out and enhancing the beauty of your venue.

  • Our floral designs are romantic, modern and luxurious using fresh, premium and seasonal blooms. We specialize in creating lush and abundant floral arrangements and installations with a focus on beautiful tonal designs.

  • As an event stylist our focus is the aesthetics of your day - all those details and thoughtful touches which inspire, delight and transform a space into a beautiful experience. We provide professional advice as we guide you through ideas, options on design and budget.

OUR PROCESS


1. CONSULTATION

It all begins with our complimentary 1 hour inital consultation. Our first discover call is not intended to be a full design consultation, but rather a session that will allow me to get to know you as we chat. To understand your personal style, tastes, talk about your vision, needs, and wishes for your wedding day florals + atmosphere. We will discuss investment expectations and discuss how Sue Gallo Designs will assist you in bringing your vision to fruition on your wedding day.

2. Vision & Creative Direction

Following our discovery call, you will receive a fully tailored and detailed proposal, inspiring mood boards and quotation that binds your vision together and brings it to life.

3. PROCESS

After deciding on a beautiful Sue Gallo Designs wedding and securing our services for your wedding flowers + decor, we will begin to dive deep into the design concept of your wedding. Our second details meeting will allow you to personalize every detail of your wedding florals & decor based on our direction for your wedding. We take time to thoughtfully and creatively curate your design style, florals, colour palette, coordiante your decor elements discuss floral installations, and chat about the smallest details that will bring your vision to life.

4. FRUITION

As a full service fresh floral & event design firm, we will fully execute all of your gorgeous wedding florals and dreamy details on your wedding day. Bringing months of planning to beautiful frution for a joyous, memorable and remarkable celebration of love!

 Frequently asked questions

  • To achieve the style, scale and scope of weddings you are viewing in our portfolio and level of service that SGD has become known for, our full service floral + design wedding minimum is $7,500.00 before hst. On average a SGD couple will invest between $15K - $25K on their wedding flowers, rentals, and design services.

  • As a full service fresh floral + event design firm, our services include event design + concept, floral design, rental offerings, signage + event day paper elements, small + large prop + furniture rentals, linen + table top details - pretty much all things pretty! Along with dedicated team for delivery, installation, relocation, and full tear down at the end of your wedding day.

  • We limit the number of events we take on each year to ensure the highest quality of custom service. We suggest securing your date into our events calendar 12 months out from your wedding day.

  • While every couples needs, wants and desires for their wedding are as individual as they are, there is no right answer to this question. What it really comes down to is personal preference and what is important to a couple. While we generally suggest couples reserve 25% of their over all wedding budget for their wedding flowers + decor. For some couples, this works just fine, others, it is too much and for some it’s not enough. Only you can decided on how important florals play in your wedding day and plan accordingly.

  • Sue Gallo Designs is based in Hamilton Ontario. We service Burlington, Cambridge, Waterloo, Kitchener, Elora, Guelph and the Niagara wine region.
