The creative team at Sue Gallo Designs had the pleasure assisting Danielle & Sean with creating a wonderful vintage atmosphere for their Saturday wedding reception at the Stone Mill Inn in St. Catherines. We normally work along with Danielle at the AGH as we assist their clients in creating beautiful weddings, but this day it was different! It was Danielle’s wedding and we were ever so honoured to asked to be part of her big day as she and Sean tied the knot! Working together with Danielle, the SGD team helped her plan some wonderful bouquets to for her and her gals to carry, and florals to enhance her ceremony, dining tables and ever so sweet cake table. All of Danielle & Sean’s hard work came together perfectly and of course beautifully thanks to all the wonderful people who helped them put it all together. Sue Gallo Designs had the pleasure of working along with the gals from the Art Gallery of Hamilton on an editorial shoot to help them promote the AGH’s new space The Annex. One of my new favourite spaces, The Annex is located in a beautifully restored century heritage building at 118 James Street North in Hamilton. The Annex is the perfect space for an intimate affair for those looking for a venue with an urban industrial appeal.
With the works of artist Meredith Bingham as our back drop and inspiration, and with a little help from a few of our fabulous industry friends we created a contemporary inspired ceremony, cocktail reception and intimate dinner within the Annex’s reception space. As our planning comes together for two SGD couples, we’ve come to fall in love with an intimate wedding celebration all over again. Our SGD couples couldn’t be any more different from each other, and that makes each of their celebrations so much more wonderful.
Ashley {my lovely niece} and her fiance Nick, are planning an intimate family celebration in my parents home town of Woodstock. These two love birds cherish each other immensely, have a great love of the out doors and their adorable pooch Fingal. The SGD design team is helping them create an atmosphere that is an extension of their laid back, relaxed personalities that incorporates their love of family, nature, environmentally green choices and my brothers ever so delicious sweets & deserts.
